SparkDesk is a hosted early-access MVP. Here is what works and what still needs setup.
The core support loop
Ticket creation and replies, status and priority changes, searchable articles, article editing, a branded public portal, and optional AI reply suggestions.
Early-access enquiries
Visitors can submit an enquiry. It is saved in the database and can be reviewed in the owner’s protected enquiry inbox. No email or payment is sent.
Private company workspaces
Company accounts, membership, custom roles, invitations, staff chat, announcements and access auditing use the hosted database. Public registration stays closed until verification email works. Daily Drive backups still need authorization.
Delivery and billing
Live chat transport, email delivery, notifications, subscription checkout, verified usage limits, and commercial terms are not active.
